Terms & Conditions for Online Purchases

• If you purchase artworks BEFORE the close of the physical exhibition at 4pm Sunday 13 October, then please collect them from the BCC Hall at 5-6pm Sunday 13 October.
• Please bring the receipt, that will be emailed to you, as proof of purchase when collecting the artwork.
• For ONLINE sales AFTER the physical exhibition, your contact details will be sent to the artist no more than 48 hours after the sale and the artist will contact you regarding delivery.
• Delivery costs are the responsibility of you, the purchaser, and by agreeing to the terms and conditions listed here, you provide con- sent at the point of purchase to reimburse the artist for reasonable delivery cost.
• The artists have been encouraged to arrange delivery or collection in person.
• Should you not hear from the artist within 2 weeks then please contact us at info@bccartex.com.au
